The Challenge

The Challenge

The business centred around soliciting 360 degree feedback from its key revenue driving personnel, who formed the backbone of the business and over whom the leadership was very protective.

The leadership wanted to ensure that Workday delivered the best user experience from the outset.

The Solution

The LightWork team ran through the SAHARA™ model first and then implemented a 360 degree configured feedback solution that wasn’t available in the ‘out of the box’ original version of Workday.

As it happened, this process ran during a Workday Release, when a new ‘anytime feedback’ functionality was launched, and which seemed to fit the client’s requirement. To ensure that this would be appropriate, we took them back through the authority stage and evaluated the potential solution versus the potential ROI and finally questioned whether this was the best route to value?

The Results

Simplistic fit-for-business process with cost-saving benefits

Easy user adoption

The result was a far simpler process and a much better fit for the business. We therefore viewed the problem and solution from a 360 degree perspective which the C-Suite immediately then took on board, ready for adoption, having been stress-tested via SAHARA™.

The eventual implementation, thanks to the effective and dynamic simplicity of the upgrade, only took two days to implement to the business, creating a significant cost saving benefit.
